What are the prices?

All prices are in $US.
All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes or shipping, postage / handling costs.

How do I make a payment?

All payments to be made via the secure Paypal payment system. This enables you to pay with a credit card in a secure manner. Once an order is received, we will determine total price, then send you an email with a link to pay amount via Paypal (using your credit card or Paypal account). Make sure you include a shipping address.

A custom piece will not be commenced until receipt of payment is made.

Can I order from outside the USA?

Of course. The Paypal payment system allows you to make payments in currencies other than US Dollars. Please be sure to include a shipping address so we can determine shipping costs.

How do you assemble works?

Images are constructed from images photographed by Anne. These images are trimmed and collated and are then assembled using inDesign and Photoshop software packages.

Do you manipulate images at all or use filters?

Images are edited where extraneous letters detract from the letter of focus. This involves some trimming of images, removal of detracting items and some remediation. Generally, images are 'as photographed' - as it is the beauty in what might be overlooked or considered to be 'mundane' that is represented. The grain of timber, the stain on the wall, or the nail hole, all add to the appeal of these images.

A UV filter is used on the camera when required in the field.

On the other hand, the saturated letters and images are highly modified in relation to color saturation, hue and contrast. This is to ensure a maximum contrast in color is possible. This gives letters a surreal quality, lifts them above the ordinary and everyday and ensures artworks have a unique quality.

What if I am not happy with the artwork?

We trust you will be! In the event that the work does not meet expectation, we will offer a refund on items returned in original condition, via Fedex or UPS (at purchaser's expense).

We are sorry that no refund is possible on custom works as these take some hours to complete, and are completed to order.
